We would love to be able to guarantee a delivery date, but once the parcel leaves us it is out of our hands. It takes a couple of days to cut and wrap your soaps and then we send letterbox gifts 1st class. So please leave plenty of time. And if you would like, we can put on the outside of the parcel the date you would like the recipient to open it.

Refunds and returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by email . We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us.Cancellations

We will ask you to safely return the goods at your expense and we will then make a refund to you.
